About the Role:

  • Support clients on outings and provide community access assistance one-on-one
  • Offer physical and emotional support as needed
  • Deliver care according to client care plans and as directed by relevant authorities

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A valid NDIS worker screening check is required
  • A current First aid and CPR certificate is necessary
