Drive Operational Excellence as a Technical Support Strategist

The role of a Technical Support Strategist involves spearheading and supporting technology deployments, mitigating risks, and delivering actionable data insights to elevate technology capabilities.

As a key figure in managing the overall technical support function, including strategy, planning, and execution, you will collaborate with clients across various teams to ensure that the technical support team is aligned with business objectives and maintains high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring IT support teams for efficient service delivery and a collaborative work environment.\
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring technical support strategies aligned with business objectives and SLAs.\
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies through documentation and regular audits.\
  • Providing advanced technical support and coordinating with IT teams to resolve complex issues and system-wide challenges.\
  • Managing IT assets and DevOps pipelines for high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
\

For this position, we are looking for someone with proven technical support management experience, expertise in ITSM, DevOps, networking, and forensic tools. Familiarity with cyber tools, cloud platforms, and knowledge of encryption, MFA, and secure access controls is also required.
