Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technology Operations Manager to oversee the development and implementation of current and future applications, leveraging efficiencies in our operations. This role includes project management, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Business Solutions

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Lead sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and systems, and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated direct and recent experience with SaaS, PaaS implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 application skills.
  • Able to work cohesively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills: planning, organising, stakeholder management, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, keeping within budget, analytic and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills as a business analyst.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of implementing Learning Management and Examination Systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Knowledge of Finance applications.
