Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our Global Employment team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on injury management, WHS, and insurance matters. This will involve managing notifiable incidents, workers compensation claims, and employee insurance policies, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and insights.

You will also play a critical role in developing and maintaining internal WHS frameworks and procedures, including those related to psychosocial risk. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing reporting activities, including reviewing, analyzing, and developing compliance and regulatory reports.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical experience in workers compensation insurance claims management or a technical advisor role
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health Profession, WHS, or Insurance Management
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation or life insurance laws and compliance obligations
  • Experience in utilizing data analytics to forecast business requirements
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analytics
