About This Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate exceptional client service skills preferably in a human resources environment.
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries is essential.
  • A proven track record of proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects is necessary.
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience is highly desirable.

  • Competitive salary package of $89,946 - $95,374 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
