Senior Infrastructure Specialist

The role involves providing leadership, strategic advice and technical expertise to support the planning and delivery of infrastructure and asset management programs across Queensland schools, staff housing and early childhood education centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and methodologies for effective asset management and maintenance planning.
- Provide high-level advice on infrastructure and asset management issues to executives and senior management.
- Oversee maintenance funding allocation, including developing business rules and performance indicators for service delivery partners.
- Analyze data from the Asset Life Cycle Assessment process to inform long-term investment planning.
- Prepare reports and correspondence on infrastructure and asset management issues.
- Lead a small team, fostering collaboration and capability development.
The successful candidate will have proven expertise in infrastructure planning and asset management or a related field, with strong knowledge of contemporary asset management practices.
