Your Role
You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences by opening doors, starting discussions, and developing relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, exceeding client expectations
- Build lasting relationships with customers, staying ahead of their requirements to suggest relevant waste management solutions
- Work as a genuine 360 representative, involving inbound and outbound calls and web enquiries

- Must be an excellent communicator, comfortable making phone calls and interacting with clients
- Operate with maturity and empathy, valuing honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Stay ahead of the curve, always looking for ways to improve and provide relevant solutions
- Demonstrate confidence in your abilities and work, managing time and prioritising tasks effectively
