Bookkeeper and Administrator Opportunity

Randstad is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrator to join their team on the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful metal and powder coating company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administration, with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for weekly payroll, accounts receivable and payable, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing quarterly BAS statements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial data and ensuring accuracy
  • Providing administrative support to the management and operations team
  • Assisting with general administration duties such as answering phone calls and emails
  • Preparing financial reports and statements

Requirements include:

  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Cert 3 in bookkeeping and accounting highly desirable
  • Experience using Xero
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
