Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can contribute your accounts experience to a dynamic business? LSC Shopfitting is a Burleigh based business currently looking for an experienced individual to manage the day to day accounts for the business.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for all facets of the accounting process in to BAS stage including but not limited to AP, AR, Cash flow and Payroll for 50 staff on a weekly basis.
- Assisting with management of company vehicles and relevant payments.
- Working with Project Managers for off site project costings and invoicing as required.
- Reponsible for signing up Apprentices and follow up with RTO.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and busy environment assisting our clients, and the team in all aspects of the business
- Ensuring highest quality of service is delivered at all times to all stakeholders both face to face and over the phone
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policy and procedure
**The successful applicant will have**:
- Administrative, payroll and accounts experience from a previous similar role; working within construction or similiar would be advantageous
- Maintaining and managing employee life cycle from onboarding
- Interest in embracing new trends to streamline processes
- Highly developed interpersonal and administrative skills including experience in preparation of reports, accounts and staff management
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burleigh Heads QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- accounts: 2 years (required)
- XERO: 1 year (required)
