Bookkeeper and Administrator Opportunity

Randstad is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrator to join their team on the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful metal and powder coating company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administration. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly payroll management
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of quarterly BAS statements
  • General administration duties, including answering phone calls and emails
  • Assisting the general manager and director as required

The successful candidate will have:

Requirements:
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Cert 3 in bookkeeping and accounting highly desirable
  • Experience using Xero
  • CRM experience desirable
  • Strong data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
