Organisational Change Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and technology-savvy Organisational Change Manager at a Senior Consultant or Manager level to lead fast-paced, data-driven change in high-profile Federal Government technology system implementations.

The successful candidate will join an evolving, agile team that empowers them to take ownership, engage authentically with stakeholders and drive meaningful change in ways that truly work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change strategies informed by deep analysis of data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training with various stakeholder groups.
  • Use data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor change adoption, predict resistance and adapt plans rapidly.
  • Influence senior leaders and collaborate closely with project teams.
  • Contribute to evolving and growing the change practice, sharing expertise in change management, data analysis and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in organisational change for technology or system implementations (such as ERP), with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in human-centred design, data analytics and applying AI insights to change strategies.
  • A driven, innovative and technology-savvy mindset eager to explore new tools and approaches.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including SES-level leaders.
  • Comfortable working in complex, federal government and national security environments.
  • Mandatory: Australian Citizenship and active Baseline clearance; NV1/NV2 highly desirable.
