Job Overview

We are seeking a Transformation Leader to drive change in a high-profile Federal Government technology system implementation. The ideal candidate is a driven, innovative, and technology-savvy professional at a Senior Consultant or Manager level.


This role offers the opportunity to lead fast-paced, data-driven transformation, leveraging deep analysis of data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute transformation strategies informed by data-driven decision making, utilising expertise in human-centred design, data analytics, and applying AI insights.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training with various stakeholder groups, ensuring effective collaboration and influence.
  • Utilise data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor transformation adoption, predict resistance, and adapt plans rapidly.
  • Influence senior leaders and collaborate closely with project teams to achieve successful transformation outcomes.
  • Contribute to evolving and growing the transformation practice, sharing expertise in transformation management, data analysis, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving organisational transformation for technology or system implementations, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, programme management, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • A driven, innovative, and technology-savvy mindset eager to explore new tools and approaches to drive transformation.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including SES-level leaders.
  • Comfortable working in complex, federal government and national security environments.
  • Due to the nature of our work, you must be an Australian Citizen with an active Baseline clearance mandatory; NV1/NV2 highly desirable.
