Job Description

We seek an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead data-driven change in a high-profile government technology system implementation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organisational change for technology or system implementations, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change strategies informed by deep analysis of data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training with various stakeholder groups.
  • Use data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor change adoption, predict resistance and adapt plans rapidly.
  • Influence senior leaders and collaborate closely with project teams.
  • Contribute to evolving and growing the change practice, sharing expertise in change management, data analysis and emerging technologies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in organisational change for technology or system implementations.
  • Expertise in human-centred design, data analytics and applying AI insights to change strategies.
  • A driven, innovative and technology savvy mindset eager to explore new tools and approaches.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including SES-level leaders.
  • Comfortable working in complex, federal government and national security environments.
