Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team at Colliers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the general management and oversight of a national commercial portfolio, leading a dedicated team and building strong relationships with clients and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Performance
    • Position and protect the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
    • Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Client and Landlord Relationships
    • Liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations to the client in accordance with agreed standards and requirements.
    • Conduct negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing along with other tenant negotiations as required, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • 8+ years' experience in property management
    • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential.
    • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and foster key relationships and a desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment
    • Strong attention to detail
