About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join a well-regarded national law firm based in Brisbane. This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional setting and enjoys engaging with clients and staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, including Brisbane and overflow national calls, through an ARC Cisco system.
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Book, set up, and maintain meeting rooms for client meetings and internal events.
  • Assist with event setup, including catering and beverage services.
  • Handle deliveries, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
About You
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and personable approach, capable of working well in a team.
