**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Specialist to lead our team in providing top-notch facilities services. As the key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure and engineering operations at our state-of-the-art facility.

Your primary duties will include leading strategic planning and delivery of site-wide facilities services, including HVAC, electrical, water, fire protection, and grounds maintenance. You will also provide expert technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation and reliability in maintenance practices.

In addition, you will oversee infrastructure projects and upgrades, ensuring coordination with internal teams and international partners. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to foster a collaborative team culture and contribute to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, with demonstrated leadership and managerial experience in an industrial maintenance environment at a senior level. Broad experience in management and customer-focused facilities maintenance and operations is also essential.

A strong history of establishing and working effectively in teams, encouraging new ideas, building trust, and providing support for the development of emerging skills is required. The capacity to think strategically and balance long-term planning with short-term operational oversight is also necessary.
