Open Space Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in the delivery of sport and active recreation programs, asset management, and public facilities. The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of parks, sports fields, and related facilities.
The role is responsible for undertaking reviews of services to ensure efficient and effective delivery, assisting in the development of annual budgets, and contributing to the review of subdivision plants.
The Operations Manager will also coordinate maintenance of all Parks and Active Communities assets and manage the capital works delivery program for active open space.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree qualifications in a relevant field or extensive demonstrated experience managing large operational teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of best value public asset management principles.
- Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Expertise in resolving complex operational program issues.
Benefits- An attractive base salary ranging from $111,655 per annum with competency-based increments up to $124,148 per annum.
