About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artist Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Universal Music Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and marketing campaigns to promote our artists and repertoire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our artists and repertoire across various social media platforms and online channels.
  • Create high-quality content, including social media posts, videos, and graphics, to engage with our audience and promote our artists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including artists, labels, and distribution partners, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including press releases, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
