Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Coordinator to oversee the daily activities of our Field Engineering team in Canberra. The successful candidate will provide frontline support, ensure timely client service delivery, and drive improvements to installation and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Field Engineers across an assigned territory and client locations
  • Resolve complex client issues and maintain quality standards for Field Engineering operations
  • Identify opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicate with management
  • Manage team projects and provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude
