Job Title: Site Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong analytical skills.

About the Role:

  • This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of various sites, including overseeing maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and coordinating with vendors.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities procedures are followed and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is highly desirable, but we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain occupier relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  2. Manage customer and property services across multiple sites.
  3. Maintain compliance with regulations and requirements of client contracts and facilities procedures.
  4. Contribute to effective and efficient operations of facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in interpreting and analysing numerical data for reporting.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
