
Pediatric Occupational Care Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant and supportive environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, client-centred care across clinics, homes, and schools.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and families to support functional development and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, with the ability to tailor interventions to individual needs.
The occupational therapist will work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver therapy that is holistic, context-sensitive, and responsive to real-world environments. Additionally, they will contribute to service development through quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental goals.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver therapy.
- Contributing to service development through quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to delivering holistic, evidence-based care.
