Job Opportunity

This role involves delivering person-centred care to support older adults in achieving their goals for recovery, independence, and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based care and exercise sound professional judgment in clinical decision-making.
  • Support mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and functional recovery for clients in both community and residential settings.
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and liaise with relevant agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated understanding of aged care needs
  • Ability to work across sites within the health district
