Project Lead Position

This role forms part of our People Projects team located in a Southbank Office.

The team identifies and delivers Strategic People Projects that support the business plan. They anticipate future requirements and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on Future Workforce, Government Funding, Legislative Changes and Employee Experience.

  • Drive results and paint a compelling vision to lead projects for the next 12 months.
  • Lead a team through changes in process and technology with significant experience.
  • Deliver efficiency, excellence and continuous improvement in a human resources environment.
  • Provide advice at a senior level and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Project Management or related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills in managing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills in dealing with multiple, concurrent, complex issues.
  • Experience in the interpretation of legislation, awards, agreements and determination relating to human resources issues of payroll, superannuation and employee entitlements.
  • Proven experience in building effective relationships and managing stakeholders.
