Organisational Change Management Specialist

The Opportunity
As an Organisational Change Management (OCM) consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with clients to design and implement change management strategies. Your focus will be on supporting clients as they undergo complex business transformations, managing the risk associated with change, and ensuring successful organisational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing OCM support in complex IT sourcing and transformational initiatives
- Integrating behavioural change management techniques into project lifecycles
- Contributing to stakeholder engagement and communication material
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Delivering stakeholder engagement plans and organisational alignment changes
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Minimum 4+ years of OCM-related experience
