Information Exchange Supervisor

The role involves leading the Information Exchange Team in managing operational matters, implementing strategic plans, and providing supervision. The team undertakes information exchange functions to support timely sharing between states and territories.
- Develop responses to complex requests with relevant information for a child's safety, welfare or well-being.
- Manage information received from other states and redirect it for action to ensure child safety.
Key Responsibilities include allocating resources, supervising and providing leadership to employees by modelling good people management and departmental values, as well as providing advice and recommendations to stakeholders on complex issues.
