We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Disability Support Worker.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored care, assisting with personal care, manual handling, domestic assistance, transport and community access, and meal preparation.

You will work closely with clients to facilitate social interaction, offer emotional support, and help them reach their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or in community settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
  • Transport clients to appointments and social activities
  • Facilitate social interaction and community involvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or home/community care is highly regarded
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing, are essential
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates are necessary
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain is required
