Job Description

The role of a Disability Support Worker is to provide person-centred care to individuals with complex disabilities, promoting independence and empowering them to live the lives they want.

About This Role

No two days are the same as a Disability Support Worker. You will provide varied duties such as personal care, medication management, shopping, cooking, and assist clients in achieving their goals.

With your empathetic nature, caring attitude, and passion for working with disabilities, you will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical
  • Enjoy a challenge and celebrate the little things
  • Demonstrate empathy and caring attitude
  • Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Fully COVID vaccinated
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Relevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate in-house
