Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Computing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in ANZ's largest and most innovative companies.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Solution Architects, Partner, and Marketing organizations to drive opportunities to closure at a large scale. Your commitments will include driving platform adoption, identifying use cases with our customers to transform their business outcomes, and ensuring success at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a cross-function go-to-market team to define key market segments to target
  • Drive the necessary business and technical relationships with customers and partners to establish new business in those markets
  • Enable the account team to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects to build long-term business opportunities
  • Work closely with other specialist teams to develop and take solutions to market

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience
  • Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments
