We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a client executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build their insurance career and work on a global scale.

This role involves managing key client relationships, developing client servicing solutions, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio.

  • Providing excellent and professional client service ranging from providing contractual reviews, claims and broking support, driving insurer negotiations to secure positive renewal outcomes
  • Managing administrative responsibilities of the portfolio through accurate, efficient and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

  • Solid general insurance experience across a variety of industries
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification
  • Drive to deliver exceptional client service with a collaborative approach to working as part of a team
