Field Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role that oversees the management and development of Field Service Specialists across various territories.

  • The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensuring effective customer engagement from local teams and the broader organization.
  • They will be accountable for driving growth through effective planning, workforce planning, revenue and productivity planning, and ensuring compliance with quality and process frameworks.
  • The role requires strong collaboration skills to work in a highly matrix environment, delivering expected results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop Field Service Specialists in their respective territories.
  2. Drive operational excellence and effective customer engagement.
  3. Accountable for driving growth through planning and compliance.
  4. Collaborate with teams to deliver expected results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in instrumentation and controls or electronics and controls or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience involving field/project engineering.
  • 5+ years preferably spent as responsible for customer management/project management.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and work in a matrix environment.
