Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead a team of engineers responsible for medical equipment maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Set the vision and operational tactics to develop a leading Field Operations team across product modalities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Lead and participate in local, regional, and global initiatives and projects to drive culture, quality, and velocity for customers and front-line teams.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Act as an integral part of the ANZ Services team to adapt quickly to shifting trends in service delivery.
  • Development and Growth: Coach, manage, mentor, and influence individuals and teams directly or indirectly to drive overall accountability, ownership, and progress against goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Utilise and drive financial, operational, and customer-centric metrics demonstrating the health of the Field Operations delivery model in supporting customers and financial commitments.
  • Service Delivery: Implement processes for remote and on-site support to customers via FE teams, ensuring adequate training and collaboration with Online Engineers and Modality Engineers.
  • Process Adherence: Drive adherence to field processes, including parts ordering and return, Service Request rigour, primary FE/site alignment, On Call and Overtime management, Tools and Test Equip compliance and calibration.
