As a Maintenance Administrator at Macmahon, you will play a critical role in providing high-level customer service and support to the Project Maintenance team and wider employee group. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all administrative functions are of a high standard, enabling the efficient completion of contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, working in accordance with all HSEQ legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform tasks such as data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, and support employees and contractors to also comply.
  • Model and promote behaviors in line with Macmahon values.
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities leading to safer workplaces, increased productivity, and increased efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of costs and financial impacts of the work.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous exposure to site-based maintenance administration. You will have advanced abilities to communicate and liaise with all levels of Site and Corporate staff and management personnel.

Key requirements include:

  • Current MANUAL C Class driver's license is mandatory.
  • A basic understanding of mine site operation and experience working in a FIFO environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office operation skills.
  • Some previous experience in Insite/Inflight/Chris21/RosterOn/Mainpac (highly desirable).
