Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Administrator to join our team in Victoria Park or Bibra Lake. As an Asset Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of maintenance and rigging support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administration services to the Heavy Lift Maintenance team.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance and Rigging teams to understand service and maintenance priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team.
  • Cross-reference time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted.
  • Process purchase order requests and subsequent invoicing.
  • Process maintenance request orders.
  • Close out maintenance request orders.
  • Process service documentation.
  • Maintain service, repair, and compliance records for the Heavy Lift assets.
  • Maintain certification, registration, and compliance data sets integrity.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • The ability to cooperate with others in order to accomplish maintenance and operational goals.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks with differing priorities.
  • The ability to work autonomously with an internal customer service focus.
  • Capability to adapt to change and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
