We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Maintenance Administrator at Plummers Project Services.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Management: Maintain and update asset registers, including location tracking, machine-specific details, and charge rates.
- System Administration: Create and manage machine, user, and driver profiles in our Content Management System (CMS).
- Servicing Schedules: Assist in the development of servicing schedules, inspections, and reports within the CMS.
- Asset Tracking: Monitor and track the movement of all assets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Support: Support the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Coordinators in their day-to-day operations.
- PPE Management: Manage and distribute all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from our base.
- Reporting: Enter timesheets and daily reports for site mechanics.
- Business Support: Provide assistance to the Business Manager as required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Skills: Experience with maintenance management software, particularly CMS, is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
