Job Title:

Sustainability Engagement Manager

Our Sustainability and Resilience Team delivers innovative strategies to accelerate action towards net zero. We are seeking a seasoned sustainability professional to lead a team in delivering our Environment Strategy, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive sustainability and resilience outcomes across the strata sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, program design and evaluation, as well as a deep understanding of environmental and social issues within the built environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and industry partners;
  • Designing and implementing programs to promote resource efficiency, circular economy and decarbonisation;
  • Providing strategic advice on sustainability and resilience matters;
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Successful applicants will possess:

  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Strong project management and program design skills;
  • Experience in designing and implementing environmental or resilience strategies and programs;
  • A proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a leadership role;
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in a relevant discipline.
