Delivering Sustainable Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Sustainable Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable financing solutions to Wholesale clients in Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support coverage and product teams to originate, structure, and execute sustainability workstreams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transactions align with our internal Sustainable Finance Framework.
  • Enhance our external and internal profile as a leader in sustainable finance and business development.
  • Build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive sustainability opportunities.
  • Provide industry updates and interact with global and local sustainable finance teams.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in food & agriculture, sustainability, banking, or business, with knowledge of banking products and sustainability principles.
  • Substantial experience working on cross-functional projects and possessing project management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
