Environmental Sustainability Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Mirvac's sustainability strategy, focusing on nature-related initiatives. This includes maintaining leadership in sustainability performance, reviewing and enhancing natural assets, and strategically integrating nature into existing and emerging sustainability approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of sustainability excellence across the organization
  • Review and enhance nature-related initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement a strategic pathway for commercially-aligned measures to protect and enhance natural assets
  • Ensure preparedness for nature requirements in governance, systems, and products
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand needs and meet requirements

This role requires a suitably qualified individual with solid experience in property and/or sustainability sectors, preferably with ASX listed companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environmental sustainability, nature-based solutions, and stakeholder engagement.
