Marketing Leadership Position

The successful candidate will lead and execute market-driven strategies that align with the needs of healthcare providers, patients, and clients.

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategy to support new product launches and feature enhancements – ensuring alignment from awareness through adoption and retention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to obtain in-depth expertise of partner needs, business insights, and market trends to create effective marketing programs.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Manage initiatives on customer needs, beliefs, mindsets, and decision-making processes to inform and improve existing programs.
  • Support the development of compelling messaging architecture, product positioning, and use cases across the portfolio.
  • Develop buyer and user personas, understanding their needs, behaviors, and decision-making process.
  • Ensure integrated launches for products, features, and solutions – supporting products' movement from awareness to adoption.
  • Enable sales and account management teams through effective content, talk tracks, and playbooks.
  • Support thought leadership content to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to internal and external teams, developing quarterly reports and advising on marketing campaign insights and best practices.
  • Maintain regular communication and working relationships with product, sales, and account management teams, participating in internal strategy and planning meetings.
  • Own key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement and ensuring deliverables are met.
