This role involves managing complex insurance claims, providing high-quality technical advice and support to clients, and driving settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate will have experience in conflict resolution, effective communication, and claim management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, advocating for clients' best interests.
- Drive settlement negotiation processes, negotiating with insurers and external providers as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, demonstrating value and driving results.
- Manage external relationships with panel solicitors, loss adjusters, and investigators.
- Previous experience handling claims, customer-facing roles, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
