Hello Claims has delivered a 'First to Market Assessing Technology and Claim service' providing motor claims operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Our motor claims management and assessing solution covers passenger vehicles, trucks, machinery, caravans, motorcycles and motor liability claims.

The Opportunity
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of motor claims, guiding customers through the entire claims process.
- Process claims efficiently, from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional service to our customers and clients.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors, ensuring smooth claim processing within your portfolio.
- Respond to customer complaints as they arise and work with colleagues to improve internal processes.

About You
- Minimum 2 years' of insurance claims experience (essential)
- Previous motor claims experience (highly desirable)
- Self-starter who is able to prioritise with ease
- Care about the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
- Always seek to deliver great customer outcomes and can communicate with ease
- Enjoy collaborating with others
- Strong computer skills and able to navigate new processes quickly
