Post Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Production Support Specialist to join our team at State Street. As a Post Production Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Define new client requirements and configure and tune the application to the client's business and technical needs.
- Train users, test workflows, and resolve issues.
- Liaise with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and determine the optimal configuration.
- Contribute to software quality by clearly communicating defects to Client Support and Product Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the implementation and/or support of mission-critical financial solutions.
- Experience in the implementation and/or support of a buy side investment system within an asset manager or investment management firm.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting investment management software for portfolio management, order management, and compliance systems.
- Substantive knowledge of one or more of the following: fixed income, equity financial, and derivative instruments.
- Understanding of investment management or wealth management workflows, derivatives, and FX instruments.
- Technically savvy: understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures, familiarity with SQL, FIX, and reporting tools.
- Four (4) year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is a strong plus.
