Job Description
">- Provide exceptional customer experience in an inbound call centre environment, representing the first impression of our organisation.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and direct them to the appropriate business units with a friendly, helpful manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries received via phone and email.
- Direct the day-to-day customer enquiries with relevant record keeping, assigning action and follow through, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Computer literacy with basic administration skills.
- Customer service experience desirable, preferably gained in a call centre environment with a sales focus.
