Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

We are seeking highly skilled and empathetic individuals to join our call centre team as customer service representatives. This role involves answering inbound calls from members of the public enquiring about legal assistance, while maintaining security and privacy requirements.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls of a sensitive and complex nature
  • Assist members of the public professionally and empathetically
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while on the phone
  • Maintain accurate call records and databases
  • Communicate information clearly and concisely to customers and colleagues

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to commit to full-time attendance for the first 5 weeks for training purposes
  • Highly empathetic and resilient with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or call centres
  • Tech-savviness and confidence navigating multiple systems
  • Quiet working space at home
  • Proactive and positive attitude with ability to troubleshoot issues independently
