Change Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to join our project team based in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical Cyber Security program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaboration between business SMEs, technical and external teams to contribute to the Identity and Access Management project.

Key responsibilities include assessing impacts on stakeholder groups, developing and deploying change management initiatives to maximise project outcomes and minimise resistance.

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience working as a Change Manager in complex environments, confident facilitation skills and excellent communication and engagement abilities.

Additionally, relevant Change Management and Project Certifications are essential.
