**Job Opportunity**

The Campus Development Department provides high-quality asset and facility management services to support teaching, research, and commercial activities.

Campus development delivers a range of services and advice to support the university's goals, including new building projects, refurbishments, facility management, asset maintenance, infrastructure planning, and campus master planning.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Liaising with customers to identify needs and agreeing on the scope of works to be undertaken.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are aware of any impacts.
  • Establishing realistic timeframes for completion of jobs and providing feedback to stakeholders on progress and potential issues.
  • Supervising contracts as needed to ensure works are completed to required standard.
  • Completing all necessary administration, recording, and reporting associated with work undertaken.
