Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the lead planner to deliver corrective and planned maintenance across designated regions.
- Design, implement, and manage maintenance planning to deliver work activities.
- Manage resource allocation to meet planning requirements.
- Utilize maintenance management software to deliver maintenance planning.
- Liaise with supply teams to ensure timely supply of materials and resources.
- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting activities of maintenance strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling within an asset management environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety, environmental regulations, and industrial relations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
Requirements:- Maintenance management software experience is essential.
- 8 years' experience in planning and scheduling within an asset management environment.
- Experience with power generation and associated plant and equipment is desirable.
- Sound understanding of health and safety, environmental regulations, and industrial relations.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft suite of packages including planning software is required.
- Driver's license required.
The successful applicant will undergo medical and background screening prior to commencement.
