Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring that all systems and services are functioning efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
    • Develop and implement facility management plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering, architecture).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other facility management tools.
