Senior Childcare Facility Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Childcare Facility Manager to lead our childcare facility in Toowoomba.

  • Manage daily facility operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and parent communication
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development and well-being
  • Prioritise children's safety and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards governing childcare facilities
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive work culture that values teamwork and diversity
Requirements:
  • Ace Education Qualification Authority (ACECQA) approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • A current Working with Children card
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
