Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to ensure the safety and functionality of our residential facilities.
- Must have 12 months' experience in a similar role
- Has a strong commitment to Work Health and Safety
- A minimum 12 months' experience as a Handyman, Maintenance or Trade
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights
About this role:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within an Aged Care environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of all facilities including maintenance and repairs
Schedule and complete regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems
Liaise with vendors and contractors as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Current First Aid Certificate
