Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Relationship Executive or a motivated emerging leader aiming for career progression. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will drive business growth and acquire and nurture new commercial and agribusiness clients in the Darling Downs region of QLD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings, with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing commercial and agribusiness clients in the region.
  • Be driven and solutions-oriented, and confident in seeking new-to-bank opportunities in a diverse environment.
  • Build a diverse portfolio and lead the growth strategy in the region.
  • Foster and maintain strong local relationships with an emphasis on exceptional service and community spirit.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role.
  • Expertise in commercial and/or agribusiness lending and complex financial structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and excel in Business Development, consistently meeting growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of the business needs and attitudes of commercial banking customers.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
